Freelancer project to improve the performance for Richard’s website.
On the left is the before report taken prior to starting the project. On the right is the report taken after I worked on the website.Â
What we can deduce from the above information is that the website is now performing at its peak. We have a Performance Score of 94% and a Structure Score of 89%. Whilst these scores aren’t at a perfect 100%, I do believe this is the peak the website will perform without making any structural changes. The concerning thing for me before the project started was the insane fully loaded time. The before report captured 24.4s however I did see it at one point blowing out into the 30’s. Now that the website has been worked on we’re seeing a loading time range from 1s to 1.5s which is great for a website this size.

Try to avoid installing too many more plugins. Most plugins are filled with bloat which improve HTTP requests and slow the website down.Â
